The COG Design agency proudly delivered the brand identity design for Mt Lewis, a property development located in the inner west of Sydney.
Our Cronulla based design studio was approached by the Elders Bankstown to complete the brand identity design and digital marketing for the Mt Lewis Estate Real Estate Project.
Mt Lewis Estate is a suburb in Sydney’s inner west. The Mt Lewis property Estate is described as a Landscaped Urban Development featuring Spacious Terrace Homes set in a Picturesque Environment of Carefree Community Living.
Elders Bankstown requested that COG Design develop the brand identity for the estate, which would be set at the front of the estate as signage and across all marketing material and collateral.
The high level brief for the brand identity was to create a simple, timeless and most importantly a welcoming logo which would represent what the new owners and residents of the residential property have in mind when purchasing one of these properties off the plan.
