To generate a full 3D CGI package to launch a new suburb in Sydneys West. The main objective was to deliver a realistic suburban landscape with the finest detail down to internal household items and kitchen fixtures. Incldued in the CGI brief was a top view of the entire suburb which included 88 individual properties, common area driveways and park areas.
The project also required Brand Identity including logo, colour suite, icon and font suite. These elements were used across signage, digital marketing and traditional property print marekting.
In summary, Elders Real Estate Bankstown needed COG Design to design the elements that would enable their agents to sell 88 homes and a new suburb.
With a solid brief our Creative Director lead the team of CGI artists, illustrators, web designers and graphic artists to plan put and liaise with architects to ensure before we nudged a pixel the communication was clear on the project. Splitting the project up into silos enabled COG Digital to do the development, COG Design to take care of the illustration and CGI work, and COG Print to deliver the marketing collateral.
The Online details included Facade imagery, internal CGI imagery and photo realistic imagery. With architectural floor plans community plans with a photo gallery of nearby suburb infrastructure the project used numerous COG Design skill sets and products.
The result was a new suburb brand identity, CGI illustrations of 88 properties and the specific features contained within each different style of property. The CMS website with interactive browser features for each of the 88 properties delivered a great online experience for buyers. The entire suburb and all 88 properties sold in record time and the website proved popular with consistent visitation and online enquiry.
