The brand had been kicked around, merged, split, expanded and condensed over a period of 20 years, and the Corporate Identity was dragged along. The contemporary and modest property agency required a corporate identity that reflected their fresh and neat approach to business and the approachable and friendly team. The existing assets where equity weak so a complete rebrand was required to relaunch the brand to ensure it caught up to the business.
Using the COG Design methodology for Corporate Identity Rebranding we executed a series of concepts that isolated a few key areas that would quickly narrow down the creative direction which stimulated the Cripps & Cripps team and deliver against the broader brief.
Following the strategic creative broadening process the brand manager and director were able to see the process and be involved at each stage, which included stakeholder sign off. The incremental yet considered steps in overhauling the brand ensured a smooth and efficient process which meets brief and builds in contingencies to avoid having analysis paralysis and 11th hour clients side changes.
A new suite of corporate brand assets that were deployed across print, digital and outdoor channels. These included Corporate Identity, Logo icon, Font Suite, Colour Suite. With assistance from COG Strategy a new value proposition and call to action annexed the brand projects.
