APAC Group (formerly Australian Property Auction Company) was founded in 1991 as a Real Estate Agency with its principal aim to service corporate clients.
The brand had been a corporate business to business entity for the majority of that time, until recently when they approached COG Design to assist in migrating the brand to have a dual position, sharing its business niche with a business to consumer offer. COG Design are experts at taking an extensive audit of brand assets and brand equity prior to any work. We’re cautious to not start from scratch if it’s not needed (which only drives costs), there will always be some elements of value in what currently or previously existed in all brands.
The contemporary and modest property agency required a corporate identity overhaul that considered the existing brand equity in the brand assets, but also addressed the need for the business to grow into new markets. The creative brief centred around the desire for the new identity to reflected the APAC fresh and neat approach to business and the approachable and friendly team.
The brief APAC provided COG Design included rebranding design, print management, digital marketing, digital and brand strategy, SEO and SEM, Social Media, photography and videography, promotional items and brand management.
A solid brief from our Creative Director lead the COG Design team of CGI artists, web designers, print managers and graphic artists to build out the conceptual artwork for the most common real estate agency marketing collateral.
COG Design provided business cards, letterheads, real estate presentation folders, real estate enduro signs, event flag banners, real estate brochures, real estate flyers. With support from the broader COG Branding Group, all projects for design were immediately assigned to COG Design graphic artists, the digital projects were handed over to COG Digital, and COG Print delivered the marketing print collateral. COG Strategy delivered the brand communications plan which ran parrallel with the updated Corporate Identity.
The Corporate Identity included Logo icon, Font suite and revamped Colour Colour Suite. And with assistance from COG Strategy and their communications strategy, a new value proposition and tagline also was included.
The digital marketing rolled out with realestate.com.au property campaigning. All digital touch points where overhauled including the website, social media channels, SEO and SEM considerations and eNews marketing.
